Peruvian Opal Sterling Silver Bracelet

A beautiful one of a kind Peruvian Opal bracelet, completely handmade in sterling silver.

At the centre is a wonderful oval Peruvian Opal, filled with deep blues, turquoise and sea green. It was these incredible colours that first drew me to Peruvian Opal, reminding me so much of the constantly changing colours of the sea.

The stone is surrounded by a sterling silver border, individually textured by hand with fine radiating lines that draw the eye towards the opal.

I have handmade the entire bracelet, including the individual oval links and connecting rings. A simple handmade T bar clasp completes the design and makes the clasp a feature rather than something to be hidden away.

Turn the bracelet over and you will find another detail. The solid silver back of the stone setting has been textured with an irregular pattern inspired by the crazy shapes created on the surface of water when sunlight dances across it.
