I fell in love with Karen’s primrose bracelet when searching for a special present for my cousin’s birthday, but it was out of stock… I emailed Karen and she couldn’t have been more helpful - she said that she was able to make the bangle in the very tight timescales and get it to where I needed it to be by the date I needed it… exceptional service. It arrived the day before and my cousin absolutely loved it… a very special reminder of a special birthday weekend with family - a primrose for a February birthday!
