Wild Horse Turquoise Statement Necklace

A truly one of a kind statement necklace, combining a spectacular natural Wild Horse turquoise stone with substantial handcrafted sterling silver.

The large oval turquoise, measuring approximately 24 x 20mm, is the focal point of this piece. Its beautiful mix of turquoise blue and green is crossed with a dramatic natural matrix, creating a pattern that is completely unique to this individual stone.

The turquoise is bezel set in recycled sterling silver and surrounded by my signature Pebbles design. Each individual silver pebble has been hand carved, creating an irregular border inspired by the smooth, rounded pebbles found along the North Norfolk coast. The contrast between the organic turquoise and highly polished silver makes this a wonderfully striking piece.

To complement the scale of the pendant, I have made a substantial 20 inch sterling silver chain completely by hand. Each link has been individually formed and joined, creating a unique heavyweight chain that is an important part of the design rather than simply something from which to hang the pendant.

The back of the pendant has been cut away to reveal another view of the beautiful natural turquoise, allowing its individual markings to be appreciated from both sides.

This is jewellery designed to make a statement. Bold, individual and unmistakably handmade, there will never be another necklace exactly like it.
