I fell in love with Karen’s primrose bracelet when searching for a special present for my cousin’s birthday, but it was out of stock… I emailed Karen and she couldn’t have been more helpful - she said that she was able to make the bangle in the very tight timescales and get it to where I needed it to be by the date I needed it… exceptional service. It arrived the day before and my cousin absolutely loved it… a very special reminder of a special birthday weekend with family - a primrose for a February birthday! I have been looking for some hoop earrings for a while and wanted something not too heavy or big. The balance hoops fit that criteria perfectly, just the right size and light an easy to wear.

When I heard about the jewellery-making workshops, I couldn't wait to design and then make from scratch (cut, file, texture, solder, polish... from start to finish) my own pendant in less than a day. I love this pendant and still can hardly believe that I did that! Karen was very good at teaching me every step of the way and she was extremely patient too! Our gluten-free lunch was delicious too!
